No one can truly understand how serious depression is until you have. To constantly feel exhausted, to find no pleasure in anything, to feel incapable of happiness is truly horrible. Depression does not just go away and is not as easy to deal with as most people think it is. Depression is smart, but you're smarter. By using the tips attached below, you will realize that you can cope. Hopefully, your days will become even just a tiny bit better. They really work, trust me :)
